- No Emergency Facilities: Shakeel Medical Center does not facilitate, treat, or manage any medical emergencies, acute traumas, severe sudden illnesses, or life-threatening conditions.
- Immediate Hospital Transfer: In case of an emergency, you must immediately contact and bypass our facility to seek treatment at a fully equipped, acute-care hospital or a dedicated emergency trauma center.
- Application Use Limits: This application is explicitly meant for routine medical tracking. Do not attempt to request immediate medical help, urgent doctor responses, or instant pharmaceutical dispatches for emergency needs through this panel.
- No Responsibility for Delay: Shakeel Medical Center accepts no liability or responsibility for clinical complications or delays resulting from a patient attempting to secure an elective OPD appointment or laboratory booking during an active emergency situation.

6. Upfront Cash Payment & Fees
- No Online Payments: We do not offer or accept any form of online or digital payments through this platform.
- Upfront Submission Required: All payments for specialist appointments, laboratory tests, and pharmacy orders must be submitted first before services are rendered.
- Payment Collection Methods: Payments must be made upfront in cash directly at our physical clinic counters or via Cash on Delivery (COD) for home pharmacy drop-offs.
- Billing Disclosures: Any applicable delivery or administrative charges will be fully disclosed upfront at checkout prior to final cash exchange.
